How to Fix Issues Regarding the Sleep Function in a MacBook Pro

While the MacBook Pro is indeed a powerful tool, every machine has its own bugs. And one of the bugs in the MacBook Pro that users have been constantly complaining about from all over the world is the problems with the sleep function in the new Mac OS. So, for now the best way to fix these issues is by disabling the sleep option altogether until Apple rolls out a new update fixing these bugs. Step 1
Open the ‘System Preferences’ tray from the menu at the bottom of the homepage.

Click on the ‘Energy Saver’ tab in the system preferences tray.

Select the ‘Power Adapter’ tab in the dialog box which opens.

Step 4
You will notice two options, ‘Computer Sleep’ and ‘Display Sleep’. Both of these options will have drop down menus next to them.

Step 5
Click on the ‘Drop-Down Menu’ and select ‘Never’ for computer sleep and ’15 Minutes’ for display sleep.

Now your MacBook Pro will not enter the sleep mode.
