How to fix laptop- shuts down before loading windows

Hi i have a problem my laptop shuts down before it loads windows and i was wondering if i can get it working again.

So what happend is that it shut down while i was playing some games and when i trired to turn it on 1 minute later it tuns on and after 5 second it turns off BUT if i go to the bios it dosent tun off so if someone can help me please help

did you install any new hardware or software?
try booting in safe mode
press F8 repeatedly before the windows loader screen appears and choose boot in safe mode
