When someone call you can hear them but they can't hear you

Is that when you are using speakerphone or just normal connections? If you haven't tried both, test it to see if you can be heard both ways. Also, is it using regular calling or through an app?

You may also want to try recording something, using a voice app, to see if the recording can then be heard. If it can, then the problem isn't' on your end.

Lastly, check your volume levels. Not just the standard one (using button on the side of the device) but go into the phones "Settings" and there you can check the microphones levels.
