how to fix my samsung galaxy tab A frozen screen and wont do anything

Just my tablet wont do anything it is just stuck to the home screen please help me oh please i just got this tablet for my birthday help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it is "New" and it is doing this, you really need to take it and have it replaced. It should still be under warranty.

That would be your best option.

I am sure you have solved this problem already, but to help others I will reply now. This happened to me tonight and I was just sick. Found out on here to simply HOLD DOWN POWER BUTTON AND VOLUME DOWN BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME FOR 10 SECONDS.. Problem solved. Sure saved me a lot of worry and I am sure money. Hope your tablet is ok now. Hopey
