how to fix my samsung tv

i brought a samsung tv about 1 year ago and it does not turn on we got told to count the flashes what does 10 flashes mean and how do i fix this problem

I would suspect main board or psu board failure. Need more info like model#

A lot of people have this problem with the power supply failing I would call up Samsung they will be able to assist you better also if it's still under warranty they should repair the problem.
