How to fix no ringing and and call and not working musical apps

Make phone call is not working and no music app is working to play music and no sound when we going to call other it will tell us that it is call to other

Have you gone into "Settings" and then "Sound" and then check the settings for each option listed. Once you have fixed those, check that the volume of the phone isn't turned down/off and then restart the phone.

If it doesn't work after that, you may have to have the phone looked at for hardware issues. If under warranty, contact the manufacturer.
