how to fix spots on a samsung plasa tv

How to fix a Samsung plasma tv that have white spots on it. Also there in lines on the tv. Just wonder how to fix the tv. Or do I just need to buy a new tv.

Sound like there is a problem with the TV. Try these guys for replacement boards and help if you think you can change a board yourself.
