Hi,
Do uninstall/reinstall the USB driver first and see if that will resolve the issue.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall all driver for your USB.
- Reboot your laptop and it should reinstall the driver automatically then test if all USB ports will be working or not.
- If it will not work do a System Restore, restore it back to an earlier date when all USB ports are working normally.
- Lastly is to run a complete factory reset because if after the reset and it will not work still that means it's a hardware problem already.
