how to fix the white horintal line in my laptop acer?

When I opened my laptop there is an white horizontal line... and I tried to restart it but it still in there.... I wanna know how to fix it so I can be a less problem in my family

Because I was away for a couple days. When connected to an external display, does it show the same white line?

You aren't answering my questions. I suspect your laptop display is defective and the only way to fix it is to replace it.

I am trying to confirm whether the problem is only the display or if it is more than that. That is why I asked about external display.

Connect to an external display now (not as a repair) and see if the white line shows up there as well.

If it shows up on an external display, the motherboard with its integrated video adapter is the problem.

If the white line is not shown on an external display, then only your internal display needs to be replaced.
