my laptop turn to white screen and have grey stripes? how i can fix that?

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then see if it will boot normally.
- Next is to connect your laptop onto an external display and see if it will display normal or not.
- If the display is normal on the external display, you'll need to open the laptop and check the ribbon cable that connects the LCD to the motherboard if they are seated properly. Remove both ends then put them back in just to be sure they are seated.
- If the display will still be the same on the external display then the problem is the GPU itself and the only solution would be to replace it. Normally GPU are soldered to the motherboard for most laptops so it's going to be the entire motherboard that will be replaced.
