How to format the steps please ND I need to get the drivers reinstalled and I have no back up disk

Please clarify exactly what you are trying to do. Are you trying to format the drive to re-install Windows (and then install drivers), or something else?

In the meantime, what have you tried to do? Any of these things?

Yes exactly that i dont have window 7 disk will probably have to by it but yes ive reset the laptop trying to format the drive but its locked i dint care whats on it just want to firmat it and how?
