How to format my pendrive

I can't able to format my HP Pendrive....When i insert my pendrive it shows format disk..I click Format disk Bt didn't format...

Try to format using Disk Management.

How to open:

Press Win + X at the same time
Then there will show up a list, click Disk Management.
