How to formate sd card in mobile

My 32gb memory card is not formatting

It shouldn't need formatting. What was it used for before you moved it to the 'phone?

more details would be better. if you're trying to get it formatted from the phone, try formatting it through a pc. get an external card reader, insert your card in the reader, connect the reader to the pc via usb port, format the thing. do make a backup before you pull it off though.
