how to get a Android TBD-1083 B to charge

I got a Zeki Android TBD-1083B for my birthday last June. For some odd reason it stopped charging and even bought a brand new charger for it and it still won't charge. Any idea what to do to get it to charge. I would like to get my info off it if I have to return it,but can't do a factory reset with it not being able to charge. Thanks in advance.

Either the battery is dead, the charging port is toast, or the OS is totally borked. I've seen lots of these cheap-china tablets in my shop with things like this and I don't even work on them anymore. Power port is fine, battery is fine, no charge, no power ,etc. I think it's just a cheap product that is made with cheap parts and cheap labor and it's reflected in the quality.
