Solved! How to get all my contacts number from my lost phone and sim card

I have lost my phone with its sim card and have no backup contacts on my Google account.

How do I recover them? Please help!

There is no way to just get them if the data was not backed up. The best you would be able to do is access your online account for that device, and check the call and text histories. That will give you the numbers and the date/times when the calls/texts came in or went out. But no info on names.
