How to get back some channels on bacis cable?

I don't know what happened but when I went to the menu and I went down to channels and hit auto scan and it started scanning and then the channels was gone. How do I get the channels back?

was there a reason you did a auto scan? it there an option for manual channel setup on your tv?
did you cable provider change channels #?
