What is your TV connected to? Cable box (if so what model and which cable provider), Satellite TV (again box and provider)?

There used to be a product called TV Messenger but it was composite video and I don't think it's around anymore.
If you have your phone service with your cable provider you can call them for instructions on getting it working.
