How to get my photos from a busted up phone

My android is demolished, cracked all to pieces, so I can't swipe, how do I get my photos to my new phone?

Unfortunately, unless you had them synced to a google account or saved to a SD card, there would be no way to get them. If it is only the display that is damaged on the phone, you could replace that, however, if the phone is not fixable, then they would be gone for good.
