you have to have some kind of internet access to watch netflix. if your laptop does not have wifi built in, perhaps a usb wifi stick would offer the connection you need. they are cheap and easy to use.

if you just have no wifi available to connect to, then you'll not be able to watch.

if you are in a place with net access for a while, mobile netflix does let you download shows for offline viewing. maybe you can get to where there is access and download a bunch to watch later when no connection is available.
