Unknown phone calls are coming to my phone number they are using vulgar language in communication.so I need to know who is that person? unknown caller : [phone# removed].

ask the caller or block it, or contact your service provider to block it

Blocked the user is not the only solutions, because they call you from another number. I always prefer you to contact to your friends and know who is working in the call center company and make sure the company sim card used by that person and get the details from your friends this is the best and simple method to know that person detail. I do it most of the time to know my girlfriends unknow incoming number call.
