Solved! How to get the channel to work ???

Like if you want to watch real tv and it would not work and the buttons will not work because they are hard to push in and I want to watch my shows on real tv and I push the buttons in to hard and the are hard to push in what do u do because I do not want to just nexflix all day long

You're going to have to be more specific in what you're trying to do.

The are videos on Youtube on how to repair remote control buttons. A replacement remote is not likely to be expensive.
Also your TV may have buttons on the cabinet to change inputs and channels.

So if the remote's buttons don't work, that thing is broke. Replacement remotes maybe found on eBay for not much $.

Am afraid to ask whether on this particular TV, you have EVER had real TV service.
