Solved! How to get to the bios screen from login screen

My screen n keyboard doesn't work... so I'm connected to a external monitor n I have to use the on screen keyboard n I forgot my password

you don't get to BIOS from Windows login screen.
You can only get to BIOS by pressing the appropriate key on the keyboard during the post screen.

Connect a USB keyboard to the laptop to do this if the keyboard is on the laptop is broken.
