Well by your own post, no tuner, u got nothing there that understands the signal from an antenna. A TV without tuner isn't really a real TV, is just a simple video display like a computer monitor. Get tuner as ^he says.

This is a problem that consumers don't realize. When I went shopping for a "TV" about a year ago, I was amazed at the number of manufacturers that have removed the tuner, but still call the device a "TV". You have to look at the back side of the unit for a coax port to verify your choice has a tuner.

Maybe we are being old Geezers, maybe vendors these days totally ignore OTA, everybody have cable service! saving yourselves some$ by getting rid of the ATSC tuner. Cheap bastards.
