Need more info. But generally if you want to use external speakers with a TV you need to have a AV Receiver, which is what actually talks to the TV, and then passes sound and power to the speakers.

Connect a bluetooth transmitter to the headphone or audio output of the TV.
Pair a bluetooth speaker with that.
Check the TV manual on how to use the audio output.
