Can you rework your question? For what you want to connect your phone with that laptop (data transfer / internet or else)?

Yeah, this needs to be reworded. I'm not sure why you'd want to connect a phone to a laptop's wifi - as if the laptop is in range of wifi, so is the phone, just connect directly.

If you want to use your laptop on your cellular wifi from your phone, you'll need to configure a hotspot on your phone & connect your laptop to it via the usual means to connect to wifi.

If you laptop is hard-wired, and you want to output a wifi signal to your phone ..... we'll need the spec (or at least make/model) of the laptop & phone to determine if it's even possible.

Of course, first point would be to clarify the question.
