How To Improve Performance Of Nvidia GEFORCE 920M

My Laptop Has 16gm of ram i7,5th genration, 4gn graphic card , 2tb hard disk but when i play games on it i cannot play on high graphics i dont know why i have laptop of dell .
recently i was playing far cry 4 and it is not running well on high resolution either i have good graphic card.
please tell me solution what should i do ????????????

Make sure the drivers are up to date.

I would suggest moderate settings. Most of these notebook GPU's are simply not up to the same performance of their desktop counterparts.

The 920m is not a good gpu, its a low end laptop gpu. Far cry 4 will need to tun at low settings and a lower resolution to get playable fps.

The reason is because of the gpu. It is very low end which would explain the throttling.
