How to initialize 128mb xd card in fuji s5000 camera

I have a Fuji S5000 and it says my card is not initialized. How can I initialize my card in the camera?

On Nikons there are two buttons that must be simultaneously depressed to format the memory card. Look for a similar setup in the Fuji. The manual should explain this procedure.
