How do I install fortnite on a Acer ES 15 laptop with windows 10? I have tried to install the Epic games launcher or whatever but a message keeps popping up something about repairing it. When I finally did get installed, it wont launch. Please help!!!!!!!!

so I finally got it installed and when I click on it to open it, it wont launch, no window will pop up and the loading wheel on the mouse just stops and nothing happens
