Is there anyway to make SD card as internal storage on samsung A30? and without downloading risky apps?

If there is no option in the storage options for that, you can't.

Modding System,Linking Apps and linking Obb/data' to SD card Partition are needs Root permission that can void your warranty.

maybe you can move the apps to sdcard on "Settings" by clicking Apps-choose the apps-Move to SD Card if the apps allowing the data to be moved to sd card.
