how to make your graphics card run

i was wondering on how to use max performance on my graphics card while gaming.

specs:
i5 7300hq
gtx 1050 ti
8gb 2400 ddr4 ram

Is it using the video card in games? Your title seems to imply it is not. If not, did you happen to install a Windows 10 upgrade or updated the drivers from nVidia instead of the laptop vendor?

yes it is used for games new games and I did install the latest NVidia drivers

just change every power saving option to off,make everything max performance, also keep the temp norm. You can also overclock It a bit if you want
