how to open a stuck CD player on HP laptop

Slipped a CD in the CD drive, on a hp lapyop ,it didn't open on the system, and now refuses to eject

there is a little hole on the drive face near the eject button, use a straightened paperclip inserted thru that hole & push carefully, the tray will pop open partially so you can pull the tray out the rest of the way manually.
