how to open DVD Driver on loptop Acer X483

The DVD drive is stuck with CD inside... I shutdown but nothing happens... I eject it but nothing happen... Acer Travelmate X483

and if that does not work.
Sometimes dvd drives automatically open once they get to a certain point might try a small flat head screwdriver if it will fit and pry it slightly to see if it will eject.

there should be some kind of small hole on the front of the dvd drive that you could use something like a pin to push in it to get the DVD tray to open
