How to open txt in my files on a Samsung s7

You would need an app that will view TXT files. (If they are indeed TXT extension files.)

Uhh,YA that's what I thought....but I need sum suggestions on what's good to use,please....

There are a 'few' of them out there. I can't really recommend one. However a quick search of the play store should get you some good free versions.
