never understand why we keep reposting this, tomshardware, laptopmag
all it does it change system and hidden attribute

Well, I did it and it works except it creates a folder:
"Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}"
Which, when I open it, it displays all the "hidden" files and I can open them.
