How to play sound from Laptop and TV to my Logitech g430?

My goal here is to use Teamspeak 3 while playing Xbox one or ps4. Getting the audio from TV and Mic to laptop is easy, but getting the audio from the laptop while still getting the audio from the TV is what is causing me trouble.
What cables would I need?
Could I use my laptop as the mixer also?
Any other ideas?

Just get a multi input box using which you can connect multiple input source and just with a push of a button you can select the source with out any interference and you can connect your logitech g430

And this would allow me to play the two inputs simultaneously?
