You need a carrier to use the micro SD card in a laptop or a PC then transfer everything off the card into a folder on your computer. Swap that micro card for the new one then copy the data from the PC to the new card. You now have a backup on the PC. The carrier is an ordinary SD Card with a small slot on the back to accommodate the micro card and costs very little.
