Unless you had some sort of tracing program on it you probably can't. Windows passwords are also very easy to bypass, so if you had tax documents or personal data def watch out for identity theft.

The best you can probably do is file a police report and get in contact with local PC repair shops they might try and get the password removed at. I'd expect the police to give pawn shops a list of reported stolen items but you could check.
