How to reinstall Toshiba disk

Toshiba recovery disk, which key is it that press while turning on the laptop? I think it is F12 and then I choose the drive setting and go from there is this right?

Yes, F12 will bring up the boot manager. I hope you made your recovery disk as Toshiba does not keep it in a hidden partition like HP does.
