How to reinstate a whole conversation accidental deletion?

I accidentally hit delete instead of cancel a complete conversation!

Depends on the app it was through. If was just the phone's standard messaging, the convo is gone. However if it was through some other kind of app, then you would need to check with the makers of that app on if it is possible to restore the information.
