How to Remove Admin pswd e6510

Hv removed CMOS battery hv installed new fresh windows chkd for pswd pin / deep switch there is none on e6510 dell
Need to reset or remove this nasty admin pswd to do setting n repair the laptops I bought online
If any one out there hv solution other than calling dell or sending outdated links pls help

Vrumor stop judging others !!! I hv dozen laptops with no hdd no personal data no power supply some even don't hv screen trying to fix I'm sure u don't know how to remove admin lock on bios either so don't bother who r u to verify my case or story ?
