How to remove coloured ink on a name

Its a wirriten document but has information hidden with some colouring ink

If you're using MSOffice Word or LibreOffice Write, the answer would be to change the background colour back to white.

However, it is literally "written" and has been blanked out on purpose, it's probably because someone doesn't want you to see it.
