How to remove Phone # / User ID from Sprint E4100 Kyocera Sanyo Taho Phone

I have an old Sprint Kyocera E4100. I have done a phone reset, return to factory settings. I have removed the SIM card. But my phone # and userid are still on the phone. Anyone know how I can remove them before recycling the phone?

I do not see how any of your information is on the phone after a factory reset, especially with no SIM card. Did you contact Sprint to see where this info may still be stored? Or just simply smash the phone.
