Solved! How to remove The Shield - Big Fix from my PC

I need to remove the above from my PC but it it has monopolized my PC & will not allow me to disinstall this from my PC

Big Fix is crap ware preinstalled on laptops and PC's it was quite popular although I haven't seen it in a awhile. How old is this PC? what make and model is it?

If the PC is running windows xp or windows vista/7 I would recommend you create you recovery disk, borrow/dl a copy of the OS and do a clean install. In most cases you can use the recovery disk to install applications for attached devices like webcams and fingerprint readers.

bloatware you can't uninstall? That's a new one. Sounds more like malware to me..

Anyway, if you really can't uninstall it, the easiest way to get rid of it is to just reinstall like psy said.

Run malwarebytes and spybot search and destroy, if those cant fix it, you need to reinstall.
