How to replace screen and digitizer

I have a nextbook 8 premium, The screen is cracked and the digitizer is messed up as well. I want to fix it myself. Anyone know how?

yeah i found that and the lcd display. I needed both. I tinkered with it and it's not that hard to fix. Really basic.

I broke my nieces and was wondering where you found the screen and digitizer. Also how did you get the old screen out?
