How to reset acer laptop

I keep trying to figure out how to reset I finally did and it stops at 62 percent each time

Try making sure you computer cannot access the internet (turn off WiFi or go somewhere there is no WiFi) and then restart the computer.

If the problem is that updates being made are not working correctly for your device, it will keep trying to install them, and won't stop until you do as suggested above. Then, once the computer has fully loaded, you can reconnect to WiFi.
