How to reset my acer aspire from command prompt

I am trying to reset my acer aspire from command prompt because the administrator account was removed. What should i type after x:\windows\system32>?

You are trying to re-install Windows? Boot from the media, run the setup. Not really sure what you are doing messing with the command prompt unless you did not really explain what you are trying to do properly. If you are looking to bypass the admin password, we will not help with that.
