how to resolve this problem?

My this model laptop isn't showing anything more than the welcome screen i intend removing the HDD can you please tell me the procedure to do it?

Hi there ANSH THAKKAR,

It's not really clear what the issue you are facing is.
What is the model of the laptop? Taking the HDD of laptops, in most cases, is fairly simple procedure. You can just google for some videos on that.

If the laptop is under warranty, I would suggest you to contact the place you got it from.
