Need more details here, what windows page with icon are you talking about exactly? It shows the desktop and all your icons then locks up? Exactly how, nothing moves, it shuts down, mouse/keyboard don't work but screen is on and there is drive activity? Any background to the issue like you got a virus or system was dropped or anything?
