How to restore a toshiba t8000 laptop in system menu

how do i restore my toshiba t8000 in system menu as i dont have any system discs for it.

You can hit F8 before windows boots to load the startup menu and select startup recovery. If your notebook didn't come with a factory reset utility, you'll have to torrent an OEM disk and reinstall, or buy another copy of windows.
