How to restore acer aspire 5349

my sceen is displaying everything completely backards. like i'm looking at a mirror image. when i hook it up to another monitor, its fine. do i need to restore to a factory image?

probably not. Your graphics adapter may have a feature which allows you to "flip" and/or "rotate" what is on the screen.
This feature can usually be activated by pressing the 'Fn' key in combination with the appropriate 'F' key, and you've probably done that accidentally. It can also be activated within the advanced display settings in Control panel.
